A new, soft-colored rosé from Kir-Yianni Estate and the Xinomavro variety. The grapes come from the Amyntaio zone, from vineyards over 30 years old, located at an altitude of 600 meters. Shy nose with subtle aromas of cherry, strawberry, rose with vegetal hints of tomato. Nice texture in the mouth, with medium body but good fruit concentration, balance, and long aftertaste. Pairs well with okra, briam, stuffed vegetables, green beans, pastitsio, and spaghetti with minced meat.
