    Best purchase ever. It completely disappears every skin mark (moles etc.). Some go away with a low setting like sun marks, while bigger ones need a higher setting or go through it twice. It is a bit painful, and it takes about 10 days for the scab to go away, but afterwards there is no sign of the imperfection. It is exactly like the one I was heavily charged used by my dermatologist. Dirt cheap and oh so effective. Cannot recommend enough.
