Satin Clear Wood Preservative Bondex Anti UV 0.75lt

Water-based, clear satin wood preservative for exterior use resistant to ultraviolet UV radiation.

Special properties:

• Provides long-lasting protection from decay, graying, and bluing.

• Any timber in interior and exterior spaces

Coverage: 1 liter is sufficient for approximately 13 m² per coat, depending on the surface.

Storage: 3 years in unopened packaging. Material in opened packaging is only preserved for a limited time. Contains fungicide for the protection of the dry film.

Preparation: The substrate must be dry, clean of grease, oils, and wax. Sand faded wooden surfaces and completely remove degraded wood. Completely remove old damaged coatings down to the pores. Lightly sand coatings of varnish that are in good condition. On untreated softwood in outdoor spaces, apply 1 coat of BONDEX Long Life Wood Preservative and 3 coats of BONDEX LONG LIFE UV. For other types of wood in outdoor spaces: 3 coats of BONDEX LONG LIFE UV.

Application: Ready to use, do not dilute it. Stir well before use. Apply the product with a brush or roller. Seal the wood with additional coats of paint at the cutting and joint points. Do not close doors and windows until 48 hours after application. Not suitable for horizontal surfaces. Do not apply or store below +10°C and/or relative air humidity >80%. Very resinous woods must first be cleaned with nitro thinner. Some types of tropical timber may cause cloudiness in the clear varnish coat or delay drying.
