      When the tower was opened, the RAM card was not in place. Since I happened to have a little knowledge about computers, I put it back in place and decided not to make an issue of it. Because my son had exams, we said we would not turn it on until he finished, which is what happened a week ago. I connected everything properly, but there was no signal from the graphics card input. I changed cables and everything else related, but nothing. I took it to a technician and we saw that
      1) the graphics card was not properly installed. I had seen that too, to be honest, but it was also confirmed by the technician.
      2) the plastic that secures the PCI Express was broken inside the computer and
      3) worst of all, the drive was not working.
      I have paid 14 euros for an extended warranty, but I did not even want to go through the process of speaking with an AI agent.
      I paid an additional 320 euros to get the computer working.
      Never again electronics from Skroutz.
