The insole can be cut and adjusted to the appropriate sizes.
Instructions for Use:
Remove the existing insoles from your shoes.
Cut the insoles along the marked lines according to your shoe size.
Place the insoles in your shoes with the Gel side facing down.
Each insole indicates which foot it is for: L for the left, R for the right.
Replace the insoles when you notice signs of wear.
To clean the insoles, use a damp cloth with a little soap. Do not place them under water.
