It has a greater deviation than an Izzy scale that's 10 years old and has been used hundreds of times (and its measurements are closer to professional ones), but it has less deviation than the (lousy) Xiaomi mi smart scale 2. I am referring strictly to the weight measurement, as these (bathroom) scales do not measure fat, etc. accurately anyway. Only professional ones that are not sold commercially (e.g. Tanita) do proper body fat measurement.
If you can afford it, it's better to invest in an Izzy or Huawei.
PS: The closer the body to be weighed is to the scale's limit, the greater the deviation will be, so always prefer scales with a 180kg limit and not 150kg.
PS2: The correct way to measure body weight is as follows: we always weigh ourselves in the morning (after a night's sleep) with as few clothes as possible (naked is even better) and always on the same day, that is, we choose a day of the week, e.g. Tuesday, and weigh ourselves every week on that day. Only this way can we see the correct change in our weight

It has a greater deviation than an Izzy scale that's 10 years old and has been used hundreds of times (and its measurements are closer to professional ones), but it has less deviation than the (lousy) Xiaomi mi smart scale 2. I am referring strictly to the weight measurement, as these (bathroom) scales do not measure fat, etc. accurately anyway. Only professional ones that are not sold commercially (e.g. Tanita) do proper body fat measurement.
If you can afford it, it's better to invest in an Izzy or Huawei.
PS: The closer the body to be weighed is to the scale's limit, the greater the deviation will be, so always prefer scales with a 180kg limit and not 150kg.
PS2: The correct way to measure body weight is as follows: we always weigh ourselves in the morning (after a night's sleep) with as few clothes as possible (naked is even better) and always on the same day, that is, we choose a day of the week, e.g. Tuesday, and weigh ourselves every week on that day. Only this way can we see the correct change in our weight
Έχει μεγαλύτερη απόκλιση από μια izzy 10ετιας που έχει χρησιμοποιηθεί εκατοντάδες φορές (και οι μετρήσεις της είναι πιο κοντά στις επαγγελματικές) αλλά έχει μικρότερη απόκλιση από τη (σάπια) Xiaomi mi smart scale 2. Αναφέρομαι καθαρά στη μέτρηση βάρους καθώς αυτές οι ζυγαριές (μπάνιου) δε μετράνε σωστά το λίπος, κτλ έτσι κι αλλιώς. Μόνο οι επαγγελματικές που δε πωλούνται στο εμπόριο (πχ tanita) κάνουν σωστή λιπομετρηση.
Αν έχετε την οικονομική δυνατότητα, καλύτερα να επενδύσετε σε μια Izzy ή Huawei.
ΥΓ: όσο πιο κοντά είναι το σώμα προς ζύγιση στο όριο της ζυγαριάς τόσο μεγαλύτερη απόκλιση θα έχει οπότε να προτιμάτε πάντα ζυγαριές με όριο 180kg και όχι 150kg.
ΥΓ2: Η σωστή μέτρηση σωματικού βάρους γίνεται ως εξής: ζυγιζομαστε πάντα πρωί (μετά το βραδυνό ύπνο) με όσο το δυνατόν λιγότερα ρούχα (γυμνοί ακόμα καλύτερα) και ζυγιζομαστε πάντα την ίδια μέρα, δηλαδή επιλέγουμε μια μέρα της εβδομάδας, πχ Τρίτη, και ζυγιζομαστε κάθε βδομάδα εκείνη την ημέρα. Μόνο έτσι βλέπουμε τη σωστή μεταβολή του βάρους μας
