It cleans makeup well and smells great BUT I got internal pimples all over my face, I gave it a second chance but the same thing happened again so it's a no from me

First time doing double cleansing and I am excited! I like it because, along with cleansing, it also hydrates! It leaves a very nice feeling!

It’s good; I used beauty of Joseon prior and they both do the same job. First part of a double cleanse but my complaint here is the pump and the oil leaking through your fingers. I may switch to a cleansing balm instead. I wear oil based makeup and sunscreen everyday so have to double cleanse.

I used it for the first time and I broke out in pimples even though I am not prone to them. This has never happened to me before with another product. The purpose of this comment is for anyone who wants to buy it to pay attention to its ingredients in case there is any sensitivity.

I have been using it for 3 years and I won't change it, it is amazing and suits my face. It helps with pores and doesn't leave any greasiness. It is the first step of my routine morning and night.

I mainly use it for removing makeup, as it removes everything without leaving any residue. As for reducing blackheads, I did not notice any difference.

Out of all the cleansing oils I have used, this is the one I bought again. Never used it to remove makeup because I just use micellar water for this but as an oil cleanser I attest that it does a great job. Definitely cleans my pores very well and with water it fully emulcifies and does not make my skin oily. I do a foam wash after it and it is recommended to double cleanse for better results. The only negative, if you will, it has a strong "perfumy" smell, nothing I can't ignore though after a few uses.

Nice scent, cleans makeup quite well but personally it didn't work for me as a product because even though I rinsed it very well, I felt it left an oily residue, which makes sense since it is like oil, so afterwards I used a facial soap to avoid this feeling. I wouldn't say it's suitable for acne-prone/oily skin because of this. However, for the eyes, it removes makeup much better than similar products on the market and it doesn't sting at all, even though I have sensitive eyes.

after using it my face exploded with acne spots all over my face and now im suffering from dark spots untill now, its so fake be carful from where you buy it, they re scammers

Excellent makeup remover product for oily skin! Perhaps the best I have tried! It effectively removes makeup, even waterproof eye pencil.

I don't use it often, only when I need to remove my makeup. But it has been very convenient for me! It doesn't leave residues, it doesn't sting, it leaves my face feeling fresh. The smell isn't perfect, but it gives an overall sense of freshness. I don't really know how much it actually helps with pore cleansing and such, maybe with frequent use? I don't know about that...

I noticed that after using this particular product, I started getting internal pimples all over my face; something in its ingredients caused this irritation, so I stopped using it. I would not use it again.

After a few uses, it caused irritation and intense dryness on one eyelid. I stopped using it on my doctor's advice and the eyelid returned to normal. I tried again in case there was another cause, but after two or three uses the same thing happened. Although its texture, scent, and cleansing made a very good impression, it ultimately did not work on my skin.

Does not remove makeup satisfactorily. Quite oily and you lose a lot of product trying to apply it to your face. I would not buy it again

I have oily skin and got this product because it was Korean, thinking that magically I would have "glass skin" etc. In the end, with just the second use, I started getting pimples that I didn't have before. Something like fungal acne but milder. I believe that if I used it again, it would get worse, so STAY AWAY NEVER AGAIN. Although it cleared my pores for a bit, it still wasn't worth it. Everyone's skin can react differently; this is just a warning for some... I want my money back...

very good oil for makeup removal, comparable to expensive ones on the market. I usually use it for double cleansing because after rinsing, I like to apply a foaming face wash afterwards. it cleans well with the necessary little massage and does NOT sting AT ALL in the eyes.

It has a very nice texture and smell, but unfortunately, even though I am not allergic to anything, it gave me pimples all over my face from the one time I used it.

The best cleansing oil for my skin (combination). This is the second time I am buying it and I have seen a big difference in oiliness and in the cleansing of my face! Also, on the positive side, it lasts a very long time!

I've been using it for a few days! Once at night on a dry face with dry hands and I rub for about a minute, then I put a little water on my hands to make it white! This is the correct way to use it! After that, I also use the cleansing foam from the same company! Nice results!

Upon opening the bottle, I realized it had a very strong scent, as I thought about not wearing perfume and using this instead. Nice scent, but like eau de perfume and not like a facial cleanser. That’s when I began to realize it has a lot of chemicals.
I removed my makeup, it had a very good result, but it stung a lot, even though I rinsed it twice with water and soap. Then my eyes started to sting and I went and washed them again.

The second time I used it (I avoided my eyes), I broke out in rashes, and when I went to apply cream, it stung and I turned red.

While as a cleansing makeup remover it is fantastic because it doesn't sting the face and eyes at all since it is a minimally chemical product, what they say about pore cleansing is not true. I've been using it for a month and the pores have neither disappeared nor decreased. It's just a good cleanser and makeup remover that doesn't sting at all!

Good! However, with what I had seen and read, I had higher expectations for this particular product.

Amazing product, it does the best makeup removal and leaves the face clean without drying out the skin. It helps incredibly with pore cleansing from the very first use. The only "downside" is that it needs to be used as a double cleanser, meaning it should be rinsed off with another facial cleanser afterwards (I use the LA Roche-Posay Effaclar gel for oily skin)

It is the only product that removes every trace of makeup without stinging the eyes. I rinse with water and my face feels squeaky clean.

This product is amazing. It has rightfully gone viral.
However, make sure that you are using it properly. Always emulsify with water after rubbing the product on your face, until you end up with a somewhat white solution. You may end up with a pimple or two otherwise, which isn’t the product’s fault. ?‍♂️
My tip is to be patient with this product improving your skin texture and sebaceous filaments. Everything takes time.

For acne-prone skin just wonderful. It does its job perfectly. It has a quite liquid texture (like water) does not require a large amount and cleanses perfectly. I have been using it for 1 month now and the persistent acne has subsided. (I have tried many Korean oils equally good, but this one is different!)

I do not use it daily, 1-2 times a week, and I see various things on my face. My pores become blurry and I also see black spots on my hands.

One of the few k-beauty products that went viral and deserved it. It does exactly what it promises. It removes makeup perfectly, without stinging the eyes, cleanses the pores and even over time, with daily use, reduces the so-called sebaceous filaments.
The only negatives I find are the fact that it contains added fragrances, without reason, and quite high on the ingredient list. Also, although I have combination to oily skin, I feel that it is not suitable for dry skin because even on me it left a slight "pulling" sensation on the skin.
