The AMiO parking system with eight sensors detects obstacles while reversing or parking and alerts the driver with an audible warning and indicators on the LED display. The volume of the audible alerts corresponds to the distance from the obstacle, while the display shows the distance and a visual representation.

The sensors can be installed at the rear or front of the car. The rear sensors activate automatically when reverse gear is engaged, while the front sensors activate when the brake pedal is pressed. The system starts automatically and activates when it detects an obstacle within 80 cm of the vehicle.
