Very good. I have used it amateurishly about 5-6 times on PVC pipes Φ100 with a thickness of 3 mm, where it softened the joint in about 1 minute. The cable is quite flexible and does not tip over the tool when you set it on its back to work hands-free. It is relatively bulky, i.e. quite a bit larger than a small hair dryer. The case is good, and the accessories are of good quality.
