Easy installation, just pay a little attention when tightening the screws and do it in a cross pattern, tightening each screw a little at a time until you feel it is tight without too much pressure! For me, in cinebench r23, the 14700k in multicore dropped from 96 degrees (one core reached that high, core 5 to be exact, which is the hottest) to 89, resulting in being able to achieve a higher score (from 34500 to 36000). I recommend it!

Εμένα σε cinebench r23 ο 14700κ σε multicore από 96 βαθμούς ( ο ένας πυρήνας έφτανε τόσο, ο 5 για την ακρίβεια που είναι ο πιο ζεστός) έπεσε στους 89 με αποτέλεσμα να μπορώ να βγάλω μεγαλύτερο σκορ(από 34500 σε 36000). Το προτείνω!

Easy installation but I didn't see any difference with water cooling and i7 13700KF. Just do UV and you'll have ~20c lower.

It does the job it promises. Before I installed it, I measured temperatures under full load, the processor (13600K) reached 98⁰C on its hottest core and experienced thermal throttling (only on that one though). After the frame was installed (of course, the machine was cleaned of dust, new paste was obviously applied, etc.), during the same process I used to install the processor before, the same hottest core reached a peak of 87⁰C. At idle, I gained about 4-5⁰C. Additionally, better numbers in Cinebench with an improvement of around ~3%. BIOS settings were the same before and after.
For ~26€ at the time I bought it, I'm not sure if it's worth it, but I got it with a discount at 16€, which I consider a good price for such a job. Care is needed during installation (screw it in gradually in a crisscross pattern until the screws are tight, but don’t overdo it) and everything is fine. Stress test the CPU afterward to make sure everything is okay.
In the package, it also includes extra screws if you don't want to use the Intel stock ILM ones, along with two screwdrivers (one for the Intel stock ILM and one for its own screws).
Κάνει τη δουλειά που υπόσχεται. Πριν το βάλω, μέτρησα θερμοκρασίες σε πλήρες φόρτο, ο επεξεργαστής (13600K) έφτανε 98⁰C στον πιο ζεστό πυρήνα του και έβγαζε thermal throttling (μόνο σε αυτόν όμως). Αφού μπήκε το frame (βέβαια καθαρίστηκε το μηχάνημα από σκόνες, προφανώς εφαρμόστηκε νέα πάστα, κτλ.) στην ίδια διαδικασία που έβαζα τον επεξεργαστή πριν, ο ίδιος πιο ζεστός πυρήνας έφτανε κορυφή τους 87⁰C. Σε idle κέρδισα περίπου 4-5⁰C. Επιπλέον καλύτερα νούμερα στο cinebench με βελτίωση της τάξης του ~3%. Ρυθμίσεις στο BIOS ίδιες πριν και μετά.
Για ~26€ που έχει την περίοδο που το πήρα δεν ξέρω αν αξίζει, αλλά το πήρα με μια έκπτωση στα 16€, που θεωρώ ότι είναι καλό ποσό για μια τέτοια δουλειά. Θέλει προσοχή στην τοποθέτηση (βίδωμα σιγά σιγά σε χιαστί μέχρι να σφίξουν οι βίδες, αλλά μην το παρακάνετε) και όλα οκ. Στρεσάρετε τη CPU μετά για να δείτε ότι όλα είναι οκ.
Στο πακετάκι δίνει και επιπλέον βίδες αν δεν θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτές της Intel stock ILM, με δύο κατσαβιδάκια (ένα για το Intel stock ILM κι ένα για τις δικές του βίδες).
It's worth the money, it really lowered the temperature!! Be careful, it needs to be screwed in well, otherwise it causes a short circuit resulting in half of the mobo having power and the other half not, you realize it when the keyboard has power while the mouse does not, for example, or if half of the lights on the mobo or the case turn on while the other half do not.
αξιζει τα λεφτά του έρειξε όντως την θερμοκρασία !! προσοχή θέλει καλό βίδωμα αλλιώς προκαλεί Βραχυκύκλωμα με αποτέλεσμα η μισή mobo να έχει ρεύμα η άλλη μι΄ση όχι , το καταλα΄βαίνεις όταν το keyboard έχει ρεύμα ενώ το ποντίκι όχι πχ η αν τα μισά φώτα της modo η του case ανάβουν ενώ τα άλλα οχι .

Anyway, for the latest generation Intel processors, the new liquid coolers include a contact frame (see Arctic Liquid III) and soon motherboards will come with pre-installed frames.
