Rice paper is used in the technique of Decoupage. We cut out the design we like by hand, without using scissors. We prime the surface and glue the rice paper with decoupage glue. We apply glue on the surface behind the pattern and place it with the help of a brush from the center of the pattern radially outwards to prevent wrinkling.
