Rice paper is used in the technique of Decoupage. We cut out the design we like by hand, without using scissors. We prepare our surface and stick the rice paper with decoupage glue. We apply glue to the surface, behind the motif, and place it with the help of a brush from the center of our motif radiating outward to avoid any wrinkling.
