Rice paper is used for the Decoupage technique. We cut out the design we like by hand, without using scissors. We prim the surface and glue the rice paper with decoupage glue. We apply glue to the surface, on the back of the pattern, and finally place it with the help of a brush from the center of the pattern radiating outward, in order to avoid wrinkles.
