The rice paper is used for the Decoupage technique. We cut out the design we like by hand, without using scissors. We prime our surface and adhere the rice paper with decoupage glue. We apply glue to the surface, on the back of the pattern, and finally, we place it with the help of a brush from the center of our pattern radiating outward to avoid wrinkling.
