Rice paper is used for the Decoupage technique. You cut out the design you like by hand, without scissors. You prime the surface and adhere the rice paper with decoupage glue. Apply glue to the surface and the back of the pattern, and finally position it using a brush from the center of your pattern outward to avoid wrinkles.
