We use it for the Decoupage technique. We cut the design we like by hand, without using scissors. We prime our surface, and we glue the tracing paper with decoupage glue. We apply glue on the surface, behind the pattern, and finally, we place it with the help of a brush from the center of our pattern radiating outwards to avoid wrinkles.
