This premium quality woven paper is also ideal for pencil sketches, due to its thick 'rough' texture. Each notebook features a durable Spanish leather cover, which has undergone vegetable tanning (eco-friendly), has been hand-dyed, cut, and polished right here in Stamford, ensuring a striking appearance every time.
The leather ties complete the look by providing a stunning closure with a leather button stitched onto the front cover. Each Traveler's Notebook is delivered in a beautiful, practical handmade canvas bag.
All bags are made in Stamford. All Stamford Notebooks are hand-bound in the workshop in Stamford, by true craftsmen using century-old techniques and some 'modern' equipment – carrying out all aspects of production including printing the paper, folding, stitching, cutting, making the case, and assembling. This also extends to the leather goods, where we cut, dye, sew, and finish all our leather products by hand.
