The Lindy 39378 KVM switch is a KVM extender that lets you control a computer remotely over Cat.5e/6 cable with RJ45 connectors. It supports VGA resolutions up to 1920 x 1200 and allows you to operate the computer using a keyboard, mouse and monitor from up to 300 m away. The transmitter and receiver units have ports for connecting a USB or PS/2 keyboard and mouse.

The transmitter supports local control with an additional monitor, keyboard and mouse, while a second computer can be connected to the receiver. Switch between sources using the front-panel button or keyboard shortcuts. The OSD menu lets you adjust the video signal and EDID, enable password protection and change the keyboard shortcuts. Installation is plug and play and requires no additional drivers.
