• The high amounts of EPA and DHA contained in Cardio (480mg and 640mg, respectively, in two capsules) are more effective for supporting the proper functioning of the heart, according to many clinical studies
• With natural omega-3s (in triglyceride form, which, however, reduce blood triglycerides!)
• Möller’s fish oil and cod liver oil always come from wild fish, and from sustainably certified fishing zones. They never come from fish farms
• The product is intended for adults who prefer this convenient way of taking omega-3s, instead of liquid cod liver oil, as well as for children aged 12 years and older (up to 2 capsules per day)

Adults: 2 capsules daily.
Children over 12 years old who are able to swallow capsules: 2 capsules daily.
Preferably taken with a meal or on an empty stomach (with water). Avoid late evening hours, as increased energy does not help with sleep.
