I remove two stars because: it is relatively shiny for inox mat (in my opinion) and compared to other inox mat that I have
it's like day and night
And a big minus for me
it has a plastic part probably for the friction where the handle connects with its rosette (base)
There is so much gap that it shows and it is a bit unsightly
to see a white plastic
