Impressive Good Product. A little before the thermostat's limit, I used it for 1 hour continuously. The temperature on the plate is about 160 degrees. I made crepes from quinoa. I will try others.
(Quinoa soaked for 3 hours in water and then blended. Then one egg in the mixture and whatever else you want. E.g., parsley or anything else.)

You can make crepes from good and healthy ingredients, filling, and replace white flour and bread.

After quite a bit of searching, I ended up with this waffle maker for cones. It has a baking intensity adjustment and a clip that closes in front for even pressure on the dough. It is German with an aluminum chassis, while others have plastic. Although it doesn't heat up completely evenly, the dough gets color all over the surface. The edges remain slightly white, but that's to be expected.

One problem is that I can't close the tip of the cone properly. It requires skill, and professionals use a special conical mold for a perfect result. Ultimately, homemade cones are on another level, better than the ice cream shops that now rarely, if ever, make fresh tasty cones.
