I have it as a company phone. Supposedly durable?? I use it together with a Xiaomi 10 Note Pro, both without a screen protector, and the Samsung has a ton of scratches compared to the older one!!! The battery barely lasts a day, waterproof doesn't seem likely since it opens...with an armored case it will be like all the others...otherwise it's ok, very stable for typical use in everything.

I've had it for 2 days. I'm coming from the xcover 3, 4, 5. I had thrown the 5 from the 2nd floor, twice, it fell into water at 5 meters twice. The second time the battery and screen broke, I fixed it and it kept working. I'm not even mentioning the tumbles almost daily. The 7 feels just as durable as the previous ones. The fact that it's bigger is better because now my fingers fit to write a message. The pro has a better screen resolution and is a bit faster. The one I got is also good, especially for its price, very good. It plays games easily, simple camera. If anything changes in the future, I'll come back...
2 μερες το εχω . ερχομαι απο το xcover 3,4,5 . Το 5 το ειχα πεταξει απο 2ο οροφο , 2 φορες , μου επεσε στο νερο στα 5 μετρα 2 φορες . την δευτερη χαλασε μπαταρια οθονη , το εφτιαξα και συνεχιζε να δουλευει . δεν συζηταω για τουμπες σχεδον καθημερινα . το 7 το νιωθω ιδιο ανθεκτικο με τα προηγουμενα . το οτι ειναι μεγαλυτερο καλυτερα γιατι τωρα χωρανε τα δαχτυλα να γραψω μυνημα . το pro εχει καλυτερη αναλυση σε οθονη και λιγο πιο γρηγορο . και αυτο που πηρα καλο ειναι , για την τιμη του ειδικα πολυ καλο . παιζει παιχνιδια ανετα , απλη καμερα . αν αλλαξει κατι στο μελλον θα επανελθω ...
After the previous Xcover Pro, which was very good but started to lag, I decided to go for the 7. Bought at €245, I consider it a good price for these specs. Huge improvement in its camera (I don't use the camera much); just for fun, I took some photos on the balcony in low light and they came out super! Fast in use, windows and apps run smoothly, the screen is by far better than the previous Xcover, vibrant colors, quality graphics with detail in videos and TV. I don't play games so I have no opinion. With low brightness in the sun, you can read comfortably without needing a magnifying glass. I don't use Face ID and have no opinion, slow charging but I don't consider it a disadvantage since the battery can be changed on the spot without a technician. I also got a spare battery which I keep in the car or backpack, and when I run out, I just swap the battery.
Negatives:
I think the 6.6" screen is excessive for a phone intended for professional-heavy use; in a trouser pocket it's bulky and annoying, 6" would be ideal. Heavy phone, together with a simple back cover it weighs 269g.
Build quality, much inferior to the Xcover Pro, the plastic battery cover feels completely fake, doesn't inspire confidence in case of a drop, the whole system is unlikely to be waterproof as they claim, they probably focused on the technical specs and the glass (Victus+) and sacrificed the shell to keep the price low. Battery is laughable, doesn't even last a day, but having a spare with you means you don't need to look for a socket.
Overall, a good mid-range phone, much faster and with a much better camera than previous Xcovers.
μετά από το προηγούμενο xcover pro που βγήκε πολύ καλό αλλά άρχισε να κολλάει αποφάσισα να πάω στο 7 .Αγορά στα 245€ ,θεωρώ καλή τιμή για τα συγκεκριμένα specs ,τεράστια βελτίωση η κάμερα του (δεν χρησιμοποιώ πολύ κάμερα) για πλάκα έβγαλα σε χαμηλό φωτισμό μερικές φώτο στο μπαλκόνι και βγήκαν σούπερ! Γρήγορο στη χρήση παράθυρα και εφαρμογές πάνε σφαίρα, οθόνη μακράν καλύτερη από το προηγούμενο xcover ,ζωντανά χρώματα ,ποιοτικά γραφικά με λεπτομέρεια στα βιντεο και tv ,παιχνίδια δεν παίζω δεν έχω άποψη. Με χαμηλή φωτεινότητα στον ήλιο διαβάζεις ευχάριστα χωρίς να θες μεγεθυντικό φακό. Face id δεν χρησιμοποιώ και δεν έχω γνώμη ,αργή φόρτιση αλλά δεν το θεωρώ μειονέκτημα εφόσον η μπαταρία αλλάζει επί τόπου χωρίς τεχνικό ,πήρα και μια ρεζέρβα μπαταρία που την έχω στο αμάξι ή στο σακίδιο όταν ξεμείνω αλλάζω μπαταρία .
Αρνητικά:
Θεωρώ τις 6,6" της οθόνης υπερβολή για ένα τηλ. που προορίζεται για επαγγελματική-σκληρή χρήση ,σε τσέπη παντελονιού ειναι όγκος ενοχλεί ,οι 6" θα ηταν το ιδανικό. Βαρύ κινητό μαζί με ένα backcover της πλάκας ζυγίζει 269 γρ.
Κατασκευή, πολύ κατώτερη από το xcoverpro το πλαστικό κάλυμμα της μπαταρίας εντελώς ψεύτικο ,δεν εμπνέει σιγουριά σε πτώση το όλο σύστημα, αποκλείεται να είναι αδιάβροχο όπως λένε,μάλλον δώσανε βάρος στα τεχνικά specs και τζάμι ( Victus+) και θυσίασαν το κέλυφος για να κρατηθεί η τιμή χαμηλά . Μπαταρία για γέλια ούτε μέρα δεν βγάζει αλλά έχοντας ρεζέρβα μαζί σου δεν χρειάζεται να ψάχνεις για πρίζα.
Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό τηλεφωνάκι μεσαίας κατηγορίας ,πολύ πιο γρήγορο και με πολύ καλύτερη κάμερα από τα προηγούμενα xcover .

I bought it along with the Tab Active 5. I synced it with the Motorola Defy quickly without any problems. I don't like that it has everything doubled, two stores, two browsers, etc. Fortunately, you can uninstall most of them without any issues, but I don't recommend it for everything. Once I synced it with the tab, I realized that there is a method of use, from notes to routines. The battery is just sufficient. A seminar on Zoom for a few hours consumed 70% of the battery; I got home at 5 with 15%. It might also be due to the VPN. It charges quickly, and that's good. The synchronization with the tab is flawless. I put on a case and tempered glass because it didn't seem durable, but it might be due to the fact that my previous phone was the Defy. Anyway, it has already survived a fall from two meters without any issues. The speaker is okay, but nothing special. It doesn't have a fingerprint sensor. The reasoning is that you don't need it at work with gloves, but you need it in general. Compass, call, and lux meter are very good. It connects perfectly with Fluke Connect. Average flashlight; you need to have the phone unlocked to turn it on with the adjustable button. Photos are fine, nothing special, but the camera does its job. I think it's a good phone.

Δεν μου αρέσει που τα έχει όλα διπλά, δύο stores, δύο browsers κτλ, Ευτυχώς μπορείς να απεγκαταστήσεις τα πιο πολλά χωρίς πρόβλημα αλλά δεν το συνιστώ για όλα. Μόλις το συγχρόνισα με το tab τότε κατάλαβα ότι υπάρχει μία μέθοδος χρήσης, από τις σημειώσεις μέχρι τις ρουτίνες.
Η μπαταρία είναι απλώς επαρκής. Σεμινάριο στο zoom για μερικές ώρες έφαγε το 70% της μπαταρίας, έφτασα στο σπίτι στις 5 με 15%. Ίσως να φταίει και το vpn.
Φορτίζει γρήγορα και αυτό είναι καλό. Ο συγχρονισμός με το tab είναι άψογος. Έβαλα και θήκη και tempered glass γιατί δεν έμοιαζε ανθεκτικό αλλά μπορεί και να είναι λόγω ότι το προηγούμενο τηλέφωνο μου ήταν το defy.
Πάντως μετράει ήδη πέσιμο από τα δύο μέτρα χωρίς κανένα θέμα. Το ηχείο είναι οκ αλλά όχι τίποτα ιδιαίτερο. Δεν έχει δακτυλικό αποτύπωμα. Το σκεπτικό είναι ότι δεν το χρειάζεσαι στην δουλειά με γάντια αλλά το χρειάζεσαι γενικά.
Πυξίδα , κλήση και λουξόμετρο πολύ καλά.. Συνδέεται μια χαρά με fluke connect. Μέτριος φακός, πρέπει να έχεις ξεκλείδωτο το τηλέφωνο για να τον ανάψεις με το ρυθμιζόμενο κουμπί.
Φωτογραφίες μία χαρά, τίποτα ιδιαίτερο αλλά ο φακός κάνει την δουλειά του.
Καλό τηλέφωνο νομίζω.

the 3rd xcover in 6 years, 1st I miss the button! essential for use with a dirty hand. 2nd it has become too big and heavy, 350 grams phone so if it falls just from its weight it will NOT be durable, also it does not fit in a pocket with its 18 cm length, for waterproofing forget it, a joke with the way the cover closes, big battery but also high consumption so it's a tie and you are left with the weight. the only comforting thing is the price, everything else is below expectations
το 3ο xcover σε 6 χρονια, 1ον μου λειπει το κουμπί! βασικο για χρηση με ενα λερωμενο χερι. 2ον παραμεγαλωσε και βαρυνε υπερβολικά, 350 γρ τηλέφωνο ετσι και σου πεσει απο το βαρος του και μονο ανθεκτικο ΔΕΝ θα ειναι, επισης δεν χωραει σε τσεπη με τα 18 εκ μηκος, για αδιαβροχο αστο, ανεκδοτο με τον τροπο που κλεινει το καπακι, μπαταρια μεγαλη αλλα μεγαλη και η καταναλωση οποτε ισοπαλια και σου μενει το βαρος. το μονο παρηγορο ειναι η τιμή, ολα τα αλλα κατω των προσδοκιών

The positives are that it is indeed durable, has a large screen, very good sound, and is very good for its money. As the owner of 4 rugged phones, specifically from Chinese companies, I thought I’d get something from a well-known brand to see how long it would last and how reliable it was.
Needless to say, many of the Chinese phones I had either had their batteries die, had bugs, flickering and freezing, or had their screens break (although with difficulty). The only thing I can say is that they withstood extreme temperatures, rain and drops.
Now...
Although many Chinese rugged phones are superior in terms of durability and build quality, this one stands out first because it’s a Samsung and, second—and importantly—it has a removable battery, which is usually the first thing to “die” in a rugged phone. I consider that a positive because you can replace it at any time... and third, it’s one of the few well-known (I emphasize: well-known) and fast phones you’ll find at a... “reasonable” price for a rugged phone.
My first impressions are positive; however, I can’t say for sure that it’s durable, and the way it feels tells me that it isn’t. I wish I could be bothered to test dropping it from the ceiling, but €300 is €300...
In a nutshell... if you don’t put on a screen protector and a silicone case, then be aware that you’ll 99% need to treat it like a regular smartphone, not a rugged phone as the company likes to call it.
Still, I can assure you that after putting a good silicone case on it and tempered glass on the screen, it feels really solid.
Otherwise, it’s fast, doesn’t freeze, and although its screen is much too big for my taste, it’s gorgeous and has accurate colors. It supports fast charging, and its battery capacity is satisfactory to excellent.
You’ll of course need to do some decluttering of the useless apps and features it has, depending on each person, naturally... so that it performs well in terms of battery life and speed.
I’ll come back with a comment about its durability and lifespan, which is the main reason I bought it...
EDIT 21/10/26 So far it’s taken “a lot of punishment” and works like clockwork. Of course, sometimes it has bugs when you make a phone call and the screen flashes on and off by itself, but I think it might be due to Android updates (I’ve updated it countless times).
Bear in mind that what I was telling you about the batteries in rugged phones proved true: its battery currently reads 74% battery health, and yes, its battery performance has noticeably declined. The good news (since it has a removable battery) is that when it reaches 50%, I’ll replace it with a new one.
Speakers, Bluetooth, signal, Wi-Fi, charging, headphones—all work perfectly, even while working in the rain and heat as a delivery driver and in adverse conditions at a factory. (Only the screen protector broke, and I replaced it.) It once took 50–80 kg of pressure by accident at a factory and didn’t give in, with its case and screen protector on. BEAR IN MIND that when I bought it, IT DID NOT HAVE WI-FI 6.
Σαν κάτοχος 4 rugged κινητών και συγκεκριμένα από κινέζικες εταιρίες είπα να πάρω κάτι επώνυμο για να δω την διάρκεια ζωής και αξιοπιστίας.
Περιττό να πω πως πολλά κινέζικα που είχα, είτε η μπαταρία τα τίναξε, είτε είχαν bugs, τρεμοπαίσματα και κολλήματα, είτε έσπασε η οθόνη (με δυσκολία όμως) το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι πως αντέχανε σε ακραίες θερμοκρασίες, βροχή και πεσίματα.
Τώρα...
Ενώ υπερτερούν πολλά κινέζικα rugged σε θέμα αντοχής και ποιότητας κατασκευής, το συγκεκριμένο ξεχωρίζει πρώτον διότι είναι Samsung και δεύτερον και σημαντικό έχει αποσποζώμενη μπαταρία που είναι συνήθως ο πρώτος παράγοντας να "πεθάνει" ένα κινητό rugged, πράγμα που το θεωρώ θετικό δίοτι ανά πάσα στιγμή μπορείς να την αλλάξεις... και τρίτον είναι από τα λίγα επώνυμα (το τονίζω, επώνυμα) και γρήγορα κινητά που θα βρείτε σε... "λογική" τιμή για rugged.
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις θετικές ωστόσο δεν μπορώ να πω πως με σιγουριά είναι ανθεκτικό και η αίσθηση του μου λέει πως δεν είναι.Μακάρι να μπορούσα να μπω στον κόπο να το δοκιμάσω να πέφτει από το ταβάνι αλλά 300€ είναι αυτά...
Με λίγα λόγια... αν δεν βάλετε προστατευτικό τζαμάκι και θήκη σιλικόνης τότε να ξέρετε κατά 99% πως πρέπει να του φερθείτε σαν ένα κανονικό smartphone και όχι rugged όπως θέλει η εταιρία να το βαφτίζει.
Μπορώ πάντως να σας διαβεβαιώσω αφού του πέρασα μια καλή θήκη σιλικόνης και ένα tempered glass στην οθόνη πως φένεται πολύ ντούρο.
Κατά τα άλλα είναι γρήγορο, δεν κολλάει, η οθόνη του αν και πολύ μεγάλη για τα γούστα μου είναι πανέμορφη με σωστά χρώματα, υποστηρίζει γρήγορη φόρτιση και η χωριτικότητα της μπαταρίας του είναι ικανοποιητική έως άριστη.
Θα χρειαστεί βέβαια να του κάνετε κάποιο ξεσκαρταρισμα στις άχρηστες εφαρμογές και λειτουργίες που έχει αναλόγως τον καθένα βέβαια...για να είναι αποδοτικό στην μπαταρία και την ταχύτητα.
Θα επανέρθω σε σχόλιο για την αντοχή και διάρκια ζωής του που είναι ο πρώτος λόγος που το πήρα...
EDIT 21/10/26 Μέχρι στιγμής έχει φάει «πολύ ξύλο» και δουλεύει ρολόι, βέβαια κάνει κάτι φορές bugs όταν καλείς τηλέφωνο και αναβοσβήνει η οθόνη μόνη της αλλά θεωρώ ότι ίσως είναι οι αναβαθμίσεις android (το χω κάνει άπειρες φορές update)
Υπόψιν ότι αυτό για το οποίο σας έλεγα για την μπαταρία rugged κινητών, επαληθεύτηκε , η μπαταρία του μου διαβάζει αυτήν την στιγμή 74% υγεία μπαταρίας και ναι , έχει πέσει αισθητά η απόδοση της μπαταρίας, τα καλά νέα (αφού έχει αποσπώμενη) είναι πως όταν φτάσει το 50% θα την αλλάξω με καινούργια.
Ηχεία, bluetooth, σήμα, wifi , φόρτιση, ακουστικά όλα δουλεύουν μια χαρά δουλεύοντας σε βροχή και ζέστη ως ντελιβεράς και σε δυσμενείς συνθήκες σε εργοστάσιο. (μόνο το προστατευτικό από το τζάμι έσπασε και το άλλαξα).Έχει τύχει να φάει πίεση 50-80 κιλών από λάθος σε εργοστάσιο και δεν μάσησε με την θήκη και το προστατευτικό τζαμάκι του. ΥΠΟΨΙΝ όταν το πήρα ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ WIFI 6.

I have it as a company phone. Supposedly durable?? I use it together with a Xiaomi 10 Note Pro, both without a screen protector, and the Samsung has a ton of scratches compared to the older one!!! The battery barely lasts a day, waterproof doesn't seem likely since it opens...with an armored case it will be like all the others...otherwise it's ok, very stable for typical use in everything.

After the previous Xcover Pro, which was very good but started to lag, I decided to go for the 7. Bought at €245, I consider it a good price for these specs. Huge improvement in its camera (I don't use the camera much); just for fun, I took some photos on the balcony in low light and they came out super! Fast in use, windows and apps run smoothly, the screen is by far better than the previous Xcover, vibrant colors, quality graphics with detail in videos and TV. I don't play games so I have no opinion. With low brightness in the sun, you can read comfortably without needing a magnifying glass. I don't use Face ID and have no opinion, slow charging but I don't consider it a disadvantage since the battery can be changed on the spot without a technician. I also got a spare battery which I keep in the car or backpack, and when I run out, I just swap the battery.
Negatives:
I think the 6.6" screen is excessive for a phone intended for professional-heavy use; in a trouser pocket it's bulky and annoying, 6" would be ideal. Heavy phone, together with a simple back cover it weighs 269g.
Build quality, much inferior to the Xcover Pro, the plastic battery cover feels completely fake, doesn't inspire confidence in case of a drop, the whole system is unlikely to be waterproof as they claim, they probably focused on the technical specs and the glass (Victus+) and sacrificed the shell to keep the price low. Battery is laughable, doesn't even last a day, but having a spare with you means you don't need to look for a socket.
Overall, a good mid-range phone, much faster and with a much better camera than previous Xcovers.
μετά από το προηγούμενο xcover pro που βγήκε πολύ καλό αλλά άρχισε να κολλάει αποφάσισα να πάω στο 7 .Αγορά στα 245€ ,θεωρώ καλή τιμή για τα συγκεκριμένα specs ,τεράστια βελτίωση η κάμερα του (δεν χρησιμοποιώ πολύ κάμερα) για πλάκα έβγαλα σε χαμηλό φωτισμό μερικές φώτο στο μπαλκόνι και βγήκαν σούπερ! Γρήγορο στη χρήση παράθυρα και εφαρμογές πάνε σφαίρα, οθόνη μακράν καλύτερη από το προηγούμενο xcover ,ζωντανά χρώματα ,ποιοτικά γραφικά με λεπτομέρεια στα βιντεο και tv ,παιχνίδια δεν παίζω δεν έχω άποψη. Με χαμηλή φωτεινότητα στον ήλιο διαβάζεις ευχάριστα χωρίς να θες μεγεθυντικό φακό. Face id δεν χρησιμοποιώ και δεν έχω γνώμη ,αργή φόρτιση αλλά δεν το θεωρώ μειονέκτημα εφόσον η μπαταρία αλλάζει επί τόπου χωρίς τεχνικό ,πήρα και μια ρεζέρβα μπαταρία που την έχω στο αμάξι ή στο σακίδιο όταν ξεμείνω αλλάζω μπαταρία .
Αρνητικά:
Θεωρώ τις 6,6" της οθόνης υπερβολή για ένα τηλ. που προορίζεται για επαγγελματική-σκληρή χρήση ,σε τσέπη παντελονιού ειναι όγκος ενοχλεί ,οι 6" θα ηταν το ιδανικό. Βαρύ κινητό μαζί με ένα backcover της πλάκας ζυγίζει 269 γρ.
Κατασκευή, πολύ κατώτερη από το xcoverpro το πλαστικό κάλυμμα της μπαταρίας εντελώς ψεύτικο ,δεν εμπνέει σιγουριά σε πτώση το όλο σύστημα, αποκλείεται να είναι αδιάβροχο όπως λένε,μάλλον δώσανε βάρος στα τεχνικά specs και τζάμι ( Victus+) και θυσίασαν το κέλυφος για να κρατηθεί η τιμή χαμηλά . Μπαταρία για γέλια ούτε μέρα δεν βγάζει αλλά έχοντας ρεζέρβα μαζί σου δεν χρειάζεται να ψάχνεις για πρίζα.
Σε γενικές γραμμές καλό τηλεφωνάκι μεσαίας κατηγορίας ,πολύ πιο γρήγορο και με πολύ καλύτερη κάμερα από τα προηγούμενα xcover .

I bought it along with the Tab Active 5. I synced it with the Motorola Defy quickly without any problems. I don't like that it has everything doubled, two stores, two browsers, etc. Fortunately, you can uninstall most of them without any issues, but I don't recommend it for everything. Once I synced it with the tab, I realized that there is a method of use, from notes to routines. The battery is just sufficient. A seminar on Zoom for a few hours consumed 70% of the battery; I got home at 5 with 15%. It might also be due to the VPN. It charges quickly, and that's good. The synchronization with the tab is flawless. I put on a case and tempered glass because it didn't seem durable, but it might be due to the fact that my previous phone was the Defy. Anyway, it has already survived a fall from two meters without any issues. The speaker is okay, but nothing special. It doesn't have a fingerprint sensor. The reasoning is that you don't need it at work with gloves, but you need it in general. Compass, call, and lux meter are very good. It connects perfectly with Fluke Connect. Average flashlight; you need to have the phone unlocked to turn it on with the adjustable button. Photos are fine, nothing special, but the camera does its job. I think it's a good phone.

Η μπαταρία είναι απλώς επαρκής. Σεμινάριο στο zoom για μερικές ώρες έφαγε το 70% της μπαταρίας, έφτασα στο σπίτι στις 5 με 15%. Ίσως να φταίει και το vpn.
Φορτίζει γρήγορα και αυτό είναι καλό. Ο συγχρονισμός με το tab είναι άψογος. Έβαλα και θήκη και tempered glass γιατί δεν έμοιαζε ανθεκτικό αλλά μπορεί και να είναι λόγω ότι το προηγούμενο τηλέφωνο μου ήταν το defy.
Πάντως μετράει ήδη πέσιμο από τα δύο μέτρα χωρίς κανένα θέμα. Το ηχείο είναι οκ αλλά όχι τίποτα ιδιαίτερο. Δεν έχει δακτυλικό αποτύπωμα. Το σκεπτικό είναι ότι δεν το χρειάζεσαι στην δουλειά με γάντια αλλά το χρειάζεσαι γενικά.
Πυξίδα , κλήση και λουξόμετρο πολύ καλά.. Συνδέεται μια χαρά με fluke connect. Μέτριος φακός, πρέπει να έχεις ξεκλείδωτο το τηλέφωνο για να τον ανάψεις με το ρυθμιζόμενο κουμπί.
Φωτογραφίες μία χαρά, τίποτα ιδιαίτερο αλλά ο φακός κάνει την δουλειά του.

As the owner of 4 rugged phones, specifically from Chinese companies, I thought I’d get something from a well-known brand to see how long it would last and how reliable it was.
Needless to say, many of the Chinese phones I had either had their batteries die, had bugs, flickering and freezing, or had their screens break (although with difficulty). The only thing I can say is that they withstood extreme temperatures, rain and drops.
Now...
Although many Chinese rugged phones are superior in terms of durability and build quality, this one stands out first because it’s a Samsung and, second—and importantly—it has a removable battery, which is usually the first thing to “die” in a rugged phone. I consider that a positive because you can replace it at any time... and third, it’s one of the few well-known (I emphasize: well-known) and fast phones you’ll find at a... “reasonable” price for a rugged phone.
My first impressions are positive; however, I can’t say for sure that it’s durable, and the way it feels tells me that it isn’t. I wish I could be bothered to test dropping it from the ceiling, but €300 is €300...
In a nutshell... if you don’t put on a screen protector and a silicone case, then be aware that you’ll 99% need to treat it like a regular smartphone, not a rugged phone as the company likes to call it.
Still, I can assure you that after putting a good silicone case on it and tempered glass on the screen, it feels really solid.
Otherwise, it’s fast, doesn’t freeze, and although its screen is much too big for my taste, it’s gorgeous and has accurate colors. It supports fast charging, and its battery capacity is satisfactory to excellent.
You’ll of course need to do some decluttering of the useless apps and features it has, depending on each person, naturally... so that it performs well in terms of battery life and speed.
I’ll come back with a comment about its durability and lifespan, which is the main reason I bought it...
EDIT 21/10/26 So far it’s taken “a lot of punishment” and works like clockwork. Of course, sometimes it has bugs when you make a phone call and the screen flashes on and off by itself, but I think it might be due to Android updates (I’ve updated it countless times).
Bear in mind that what I was telling you about the batteries in rugged phones proved true: its battery currently reads 74% battery health, and yes, its battery performance has noticeably declined. The good news (since it has a removable battery) is that when it reaches 50%, I’ll replace it with a new one.
Speakers, Bluetooth, signal, Wi-Fi, charging, headphones—all work perfectly, even while working in the rain and heat as a delivery driver and in adverse conditions at a factory. (Only the screen protector broke, and I replaced it.) It once took 50–80 kg of pressure by accident at a factory and didn’t give in, with its case and screen protector on. BEAR IN MIND that when I bought it, IT DID NOT HAVE WI-FI 6.
Σαν κάτοχος 4 rugged κινητών και συγκεκριμένα από κινέζικες εταιρίες είπα να πάρω κάτι επώνυμο για να δω την διάρκεια ζωής και αξιοπιστίας.
Περιττό να πω πως πολλά κινέζικα που είχα, είτε η μπαταρία τα τίναξε, είτε είχαν bugs, τρεμοπαίσματα και κολλήματα, είτε έσπασε η οθόνη (με δυσκολία όμως) το μόνο που μπορώ να πω είναι πως αντέχανε σε ακραίες θερμοκρασίες, βροχή και πεσίματα.
Τώρα...
Ενώ υπερτερούν πολλά κινέζικα rugged σε θέμα αντοχής και ποιότητας κατασκευής, το συγκεκριμένο ξεχωρίζει πρώτον διότι είναι Samsung και δεύτερον και σημαντικό έχει αποσποζώμενη μπαταρία που είναι συνήθως ο πρώτος παράγοντας να "πεθάνει" ένα κινητό rugged, πράγμα που το θεωρώ θετικό δίοτι ανά πάσα στιγμή μπορείς να την αλλάξεις... και τρίτον είναι από τα λίγα επώνυμα (το τονίζω, επώνυμα) και γρήγορα κινητά που θα βρείτε σε... "λογική" τιμή για rugged.
Πρώτες εντυπώσεις θετικές ωστόσο δεν μπορώ να πω πως με σιγουριά είναι ανθεκτικό και η αίσθηση του μου λέει πως δεν είναι.Μακάρι να μπορούσα να μπω στον κόπο να το δοκιμάσω να πέφτει από το ταβάνι αλλά 300€ είναι αυτά...
Με λίγα λόγια... αν δεν βάλετε προστατευτικό τζαμάκι και θήκη σιλικόνης τότε να ξέρετε κατά 99% πως πρέπει να του φερθείτε σαν ένα κανονικό smartphone και όχι rugged όπως θέλει η εταιρία να το βαφτίζει.
Μπορώ πάντως να σας διαβεβαιώσω αφού του πέρασα μια καλή θήκη σιλικόνης και ένα tempered glass στην οθόνη πως φένεται πολύ ντούρο.
Κατά τα άλλα είναι γρήγορο, δεν κολλάει, η οθόνη του αν και πολύ μεγάλη για τα γούστα μου είναι πανέμορφη με σωστά χρώματα, υποστηρίζει γρήγορη φόρτιση και η χωριτικότητα της μπαταρίας του είναι ικανοποιητική έως άριστη.
Θα χρειαστεί βέβαια να του κάνετε κάποιο ξεσκαρταρισμα στις άχρηστες εφαρμογές και λειτουργίες που έχει αναλόγως τον καθένα βέβαια...για να είναι αποδοτικό στην μπαταρία και την ταχύτητα.
Θα επανέρθω σε σχόλιο για την αντοχή και διάρκια ζωής του που είναι ο πρώτος λόγος που το πήρα...
EDIT 21/10/26 Μέχρι στιγμής έχει φάει «πολύ ξύλο» και δουλεύει ρολόι, βέβαια κάνει κάτι φορές bugs όταν καλείς τηλέφωνο και αναβοσβήνει η οθόνη μόνη της αλλά θεωρώ ότι ίσως είναι οι αναβαθμίσεις android (το χω κάνει άπειρες φορές update)
Υπόψιν ότι αυτό για το οποίο σας έλεγα για την μπαταρία rugged κινητών, επαληθεύτηκε , η μπαταρία του μου διαβάζει αυτήν την στιγμή 74% υγεία μπαταρίας και ναι , έχει πέσει αισθητά η απόδοση της μπαταρίας, τα καλά νέα (αφού έχει αποσπώμενη) είναι πως όταν φτάσει το 50% θα την αλλάξω με καινούργια.
Ηχεία, bluetooth, σήμα, wifi , φόρτιση, ακουστικά όλα δουλεύουν μια χαρά δουλεύοντας σε βροχή και ζέστη ως ντελιβεράς και σε δυσμενείς συνθήκες σε εργοστάσιο. (μόνο το προστατευτικό από το τζάμι έσπασε και το άλλαξα).Έχει τύχει να φάει πίεση 50-80 κιλών από λάθος σε εργοστάσιο και δεν μάσησε με την θήκη και το προστατευτικό τζαμάκι του. ΥΠΟΨΙΝ όταν το πήρα ΔΕΝ ΕΧΕΙ WIFI 6.

Πολύ καλή αγορά! Στα μεγάλα συν είναι η αποσπώμενη μπαταρία που έτσι κι αλλιώς θα είναι υποχρεωτικό για την Ε.Ε από το 2027 για όλα τα κινητά.
I have it as a company phone. Supposedly durable?? I use it together with a Xiaomi 10 Note Pro, both without a screen protector, and the Samsung has a ton of scratches compared to the older one!!! The battery barely lasts a day, waterproof doesn't seem likely since it opens...with an armored case it will be like all the others...otherwise it's ok, very stable for typical use in everything.

I've had it for 2 days. I'm coming from the xcover 3, 4, 5. I had thrown the 5 from the 2nd floor, twice, it fell into water at 5 meters twice. The second time the battery and screen broke, I fixed it and it kept working. I'm not even mentioning the tumbles almost daily. The 7 feels just as durable as the previous ones. The fact that it's bigger is better because now my fingers fit to write a message. The pro has a better screen resolution and is a bit faster. The one I got is also good, especially for its price, very good. It plays games easily, simple camera. If anything changes in the future, I'll come back...
2 μερες το εχω . ερχομαι απο το xcover 3,4,5 . Το 5 το ειχα πεταξει απο 2ο οροφο , 2 φορες , μου επεσε στο νερο στα 5 μετρα 2 φορες . την δευτερη χαλασε μπαταρια οθονη , το εφτιαξα και συνεχιζε να δουλευει . δεν συζηταω για τουμπες σχεδον καθημερινα . το 7 το νιωθω ιδιο ανθεκτικο με τα προηγουμενα . το οτι ειναι μεγαλυτερο καλυτερα γιατι τωρα χωρανε τα δαχτυλα να γραψω μυνημα . το pro εχει καλυτερη αναλυση σε οθονη και λιγο πιο γρηγορο . και αυτο που πηρα καλο ειναι , για την τιμη του ειδικα πολυ καλο . παιζει παιχνιδια ανετα , απλη καμερα . αν αλλαξει κατι στο μελλον θα επανελθω ...
