MEDICINE BALL YAKIMASPORT SLAM BALL

The high-strength ball is made of thick soft rubber and filled with synthetic sand, designed for dynamic slams to the ground. It is used during intense Crossfit training.

The ball is waterproof, allowing training outdoors as well. The specially selected rubber, combined with the sand filling, prevents the ball from bouncing off the ground. The ball's surface has protrusions for a better grip, ensuring movement accuracy and comfort during dynamic exercises.
