Description & Specifications

The Provac 360 marinating set is used for marinating food in 18 minutes. It consists of a two-liter vacuum container with a special valve in which we place the food we want to marinate, along with the marinade. With successive automatic alternations of vacuum and normal pressure, the pores of the food open and close, absorbing the marinade in just 18 minutes – instead of one day. Connect the container and the vacuum packaging machine using the provided tube accessory and select the "Marinator" function.

If you have larger vacuum containers from Status, you can use them for this process by using the valve from the set's container. Additionally, this container, with the appropriate valve, can be converted into a regular vacuum container.
