Fragrant oils are used at a rate of 1-3% in lotions, creams, shampoos, balms, etc. In soaps, they are typically used in the following proportions:

• 10ml/kg of soap base for the Melt & Pour method.
• 15ml/kg of oils for the hot process.
• 20ml/kg of oils for the cold process.
