Firstly, it contains chlorhexidine which is not for daily long-term use, also it does not contain any fluoride which is a key ingredient in toothpaste. Those who have been using it for years obviously haven't done their research.

Αρχικά έχει μέσα χλωρεξιδίνη η οποία δεν είναι για καθημερινή μακροχρόνια χρήση , επίσης δεν περιέχει καθόλου φθόριο το οποίο είναι βασικό συστατικό σε μια οδοντόκρεμα. Αυτοί που την χρησιμοποιούν για χρόνια προφανώς δεν έχουν κάνει την έρευνα τους.
I have been using this particular toothpaste for years and I consider it the best there is. When I use another one, I don't feel my teeth 100% clean. Only with this one do I feel both my breath and teeth perfectly clean. During periods when I have changed it, I have noticed increased wear. Σημειωτέον όμως ότι δεν είμαι και ο πιο επιμελής, συχνά ξεχνάω το βραδινό βούρτσισμα, κάνω όμως κάθε μέρα νήμα.
If I had known about the existence of these specialized toothpastes, I wouldn't have bought even one from the supermarket. It solved my problem with tartar on my teeth. Now I will extend its use to the whole family. A useful detail is that the amount you need for brushing your teeth is perhaps 1/4 of the amount of regular toothpastes, so it is not that expensive as an option.

I bought it for the first time and I have been using it for about 2 weeks and I am satisfied. The taste is not strong (something I wanted), it keeps my teeth clean and even though I have sensitive gums and they usually bleed, this toothpaste helped me a lot!

I used it for 6 months. As soon as I changed it, my toothaches and gastroesophageal reflux decreased by 80%, and the dry mouth that troubled me at night after brushing disappeared. It cleans the teeth so well, it makes them "glass-like"! Very good for bleeding gums as well. If you try it, you won't change it. Just because of the chlorhexidine, it yellows the teeth one shade after months of use. So I recommend what my dentist told me, to use it until the bleeding of the gums significantly subsides and then stop using it until there is a need again. When I stopped using it, I used a regular whitening toothpaste and they became whiter again, as they were before.

I made the mistake of not reading the ingredients before purchasing it. I read the description and they promote it very well, but they don't tell the whole truth. The only positive thing is that it doesn't contain fluoride sodium, which there are countless others that you can find without it as well. The rest of the ingredients, if you research them one by one, are toxic and carcinogenic according to scientific studies that have been proven. Carrageenan is carcinogenic, and I won't even mention the countless side effects. One of the two main ingredients, chlorhexidine, which they present as so beneficial, the only thing it has been proven to do is reduce swelling in the gums. However, it doesn't mention anywhere that it has countless side effects: receding gum line, tooth staining, tartar formation!!! And I should point out that these are not just possible side effects, in studies that exist in English, it was something that all users experienced. Of course, it's not worth experiencing all of this to try a combination of ingredients that the company has only researched on 42 people for 21 days! Personally, I haven't found what I'm looking for in a toothpaste yet, but at least I will go back to the previous one, with enough organic ingredients and without most side effects (Himalaya), rather than this one.
Έκανα το λάθος να μην διαβάσω τα συστατικά πριν την πάρω. Διάβασα το κειμενάκι και την προωθούν πολύ καλά αλλά δεν λένε όλη την αλήθεια. Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι δεν περιέχει fluoride sodium που υπάρχουν άπειρες άλλες που μπορείς να βρεις χωρίς επίσης. Τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά αν τα ψάξετε ένα ένα είναι τοξικά και καρκινογόνο απο επιστημονικές έρευνες που έχουν γίνει αποδεδειγμένα. Καραγενάνη καρκινογόνα, και δεν τα πιάνω ένα ένα άπειρες παρενέργειες. Το ένα από τα δύο βασικά συστατικά, η χλωρεξιδίνη που την παρουσιάζει τόσο ευεργετική το μόνο που έχει αποδεχτεί ότι κάνει είναι να μειώνει το πρήξιμο στα ούλα.
Προσοχή όμως δε γράφει πουθενά ότι έχει και άπειρες παρενέργειες: υποχώρηση της γραμμής των ούλων, λέκιασμα των δοντιών, σχηματισμός πέτρας!!! Και να επισημάνω ότι δεν είναι απλά πιθανές παρενέργειες, σε έρευνες που υπάρχουν στα αγγλικά, ήταν κάτι που έπαθαν όλοι οι χρήστες. Φυσικά και δεν αξίζει να πάθουμε όλα αυτά για να δοκιμάσουμε ένα συνδυασμό συστατικών που η εταιρία έχει κάνει έρευνα μόνο σε 42 άτομα και για 21 μέρες! Προσωπικά δεν έχω βρει ακόμα αυτό που ψάχνω σε οδοντόκρεμα αλλά τουλάχιστον θα επιστρέψω στην προηγούμενη, με αρκετά βιολογικά συστατικά χωρίς παρενέργειες τα περισσότερα (himalaya), παρά αυτήν.

Firstly, it contains chlorhexidine which is not for daily long-term use, also it does not contain any fluoride which is a key ingredient in toothpaste. Those who have been using it for years obviously haven't done their research.

Αρχικά έχει μέσα χλωρεξιδίνη η οποία δεν είναι για καθημερινή μακροχρόνια χρήση , επίσης δεν περιέχει καθόλου φθόριο το οποίο είναι βασικό συστατικό σε μια οδοντόκρεμα. Αυτοί που την χρησιμοποιούν για χρόνια προφανώς δεν έχουν κάνει την έρευνα τους.
I have been using this particular toothpaste for years and I consider it the best there is. When I use another one, I don't feel my teeth 100% clean. Only with this one do I feel both my breath and teeth perfectly clean. During periods when I have changed it, I have noticed increased wear. Χρησιμοποιώ τη συγκεκριμένη οδοντόκρεμα χρόνια και τη θεωρώ ό,τι καλύτερο υπάρχει. Όταν χρησιμοποιώ άλλη δεν νιώθω τα δόντια μου 100% καθαρά. Μόνο με αυτήν νιώθω τόσο την αναπνοή όσο και τα δόντια πεντακάθαρα. Σε περιόδους που την έχω αλλάξει, έχω παρατηρήσει και αυξημένες φθορές. Σημειωτέον όμως ότι δεν είμαι και ο πιο επιμελής, συχνά ξεχνάω το βραδινό βούρτσισμα, κάνω όμως κάθε μέρα νήμα.
If I had known about the existence of these specialized toothpastes, I wouldn't have bought even one from the supermarket. It solved my problem with tartar on my teeth. Now I will extend its use to the whole family. A useful detail is that the amount you need for brushing your teeth is perhaps 1/4 of the amount of regular toothpastes, so it is not that expensive as an option.
Αν ήξερα την ύπαρξη αυτών των εξειδικευμένων οδοντοκρέμων δε θα είχα πάρει ούτε μία από το σούπερ μάρκετ. Σε μένα έλυσε το πρόβλημα με την πέτρα στα δόντια. Τώρα θα επεκτείνω τη χρήση της σε όλη την οικογένεια.
Χρήσιμη λεπτομέρεια είναι ότι η δόση που χρειάζεσαι για το πλύσιμο των δοντιών είναι ίσως το 1/4 από τη δόση των κοινών οδοντοκρέμων, οπότε δεν είναι τόσο ακριβή ως επιλογή.
I bought it for the first time and I have been using it for about 2 weeks and I am satisfied. The taste is not strong (something I wanted), it keeps my teeth clean and even though I have sensitive gums and they usually bleed, this toothpaste helped me a lot!

Very good toothpaste, leaves a fresh breath and a feeling of cleanliness on the teeth, you feel smooth. It also visibly strengthens the gums. You see this from the first use. I got it after a dentist's recommendation.
Πολύ καλή οδοντόκρεμα, αφήνει δροσερή την αναπνοή και μια αίσθηση καθαριότητας στα δόντια, τα αισθάνεσαι λεία. Επίσης ενδυναμώνει εμφανώς τα ούλα. Από την πρώτη χρήση το βλέπεις αυτό. Την πήρα μετά από σύσταση οδοντιάτρου.
Luckily, some people made comments about gastroesophageal reflux and I paid attention to it because I had a chronic problem and I solved it with surgery. Ευτυχώς κάποιοι έκαναν σχόλια για τη γαστροοισφαγικη παλινδρομηση και έδωσα βάση σε αυτό γιατί είχα χρόνιο πρόβλημα και το έλυσα με επέμβαση. Από τις πρώτες χρήσεις (μερικές μέρες πριν) αφήνει ένα κάψιμο στον οισοφαγο και προς το στομάχι. Οπότε πριν αρχίσω καλά καλά τη σταματάω και συνεχίζω με άλλο προϊόν.
I have been using it for over 10 years, for the past 6 years I had a problem with my stomach, I went to doctors, they couldn't find anything. I thought it was caused by gluten because it would worsen when I ate. It turns out it was the toothpaste!!! I just changed toothpaste and everything is fine. Την χρησιμοποιώ πάνω από 10 χρόνια, τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια είχα πρόβλημα με το στομάχι μου, πήγα σε γιατρούς, δεν μου έβρισκαν κάτι. Νόμιζα ότι μου το δημιούργησε η γλουτένη γιατί όταν έτρωγα επιδεινωνόταν. Τελικά έφταιγε η οδοντόκρεμα!!! Μόλι άλλαξα οδοντόκρεμα όλα καλά. Ευχαριστώ τον κ. giorgosxatzopoulos2 που με το σχόλιο του εδώ στο skroutz με έβαλε σε πειρασμό να δοκιμάσω άλλη οδοντόκρεμα.
I used it for 6 months. As soon as I changed it, my toothaches and gastroesophageal reflux decreased by 80%, and the dry mouth that troubled me at night after brushing disappeared. I didn't have any problems with 3 other toothpastes that I tried. It never crossed my mind that a toothpaste could be the cause.
Την χρησιμοποίησα 6 μήνες. Μόλις την άλλαξα περιοριστικαν οι καούρες και η γαστροοισοφαγικη παλινδρομηση κατα 80%.και η ξηροστομια που με ταλαιπωρούσαν την νύχτα στον ύπνο μετα το βούρτσισμα.

I bought it because it says it's against plaque. I've been using it for several months and I can say that it significantly reduces the appearance of plaque on the teeth, but it doesn't completely eliminate it.
Την πηρα γιατι λεει οτι ειναι κατα της πλακας. Την χρησιμοποιω αρκετους μηνες και μπορω να πω οτι μειώνει αρκετα την εμφανιση πλακας στα δοντια, αλλα οχι οτι την εξαλείφει τελείως.

It works wonders. My dentist recommended it to me because of advanced gum disease. My teeth used to bleed incredibly during brushing. You will see a difference from the very first use. Very good toothpaste. It is very good for everyday use and provides sufficient protection. It also helps to some extent in treating gingivitis and periodontitis, due to the chlorhexidine it contains. Prefer the same one with 100ml or the 1+1 gift.

It cleans the teeth so well, it makes them "glass-like"! Very good for bleeding gums as well. If you try it, you won't change it. Just because of the chlorhexidine, it yellows the teeth one shade after months of use. So I recommend what my dentist told me, to use it until the bleeding of the gums significantly subsides and then stop using it until there is a need again. When I stopped using it, I used a regular whitening toothpaste and they became whiter again, as they were before.
Καθαρίζει τόσο καλά τα δόντια τα κάνει "γυαλί"! Πολύ καλή για αιμορραγικά ούλα επίσης. Αν τη δοκιμάσετε δεν θα την αλλάζετε.απλα λόγω τις χλωρεξιδίνης κιτρινίζει έναν τόνο τα δόντια μετά από μήνες χρήσης. Οπότε συνιστώ αυτό που μου πε ο οδοντίατρος μου , να χρησιμοποιήται μέχρι να υποχωρήσει αισθητά η αιμορραγία των ούλων και να διακόπτεται μέχρι να υπάρξει ξανά ανάγκη. Εγώ όταν τη σταμάτησα χρησιμοποιούσα μια απλή λευκαντική και ξαναεγιναν πιο λευκά όπως ήταν πριν.
I made the mistake of not reading the ingredients before purchasing it. I read the description and they promote it very well, but they don't tell the whole truth. The only positive thing is that it doesn't contain fluoride sodium, which there are countless others that you can find without it as well. The rest of the ingredients, if you research them one by one, are toxic and carcinogenic according to scientific studies that have been proven. Carrageenan is carcinogenic, and I won't even mention the countless side effects. One of the two main ingredients, chlorhexidine, which they present as so beneficial, the only thing it has been proven to do is reduce swelling in the gums. However, it doesn't mention anywhere that it has countless side effects: receding gum line, tooth staining, tartar formation!!! And I should point out that these are not just possible side effects, in studies that exist in English, it was something that all users experienced. Of course, it's not worth experiencing all of this to try a combination of ingredients that the company has only researched on 42 people for 21 days! Personally, I haven't found what I'm looking for in a toothpaste yet, but at least I will go back to the previous one, with enough organic ingredients and without most side effects (Himalaya), rather than this one.
Έκανα το λάθος να μην διαβάσω τα συστατικά πριν την πάρω. Διάβασα το κειμενάκι και την προωθούν πολύ καλά αλλά δεν λένε όλη την αλήθεια. Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι δεν περιέχει fluoride sodium που υπάρχουν άπειρες άλλες που μπορείς να βρεις χωρίς επίσης. Τα υπόλοιπα συστατικά αν τα ψάξετε ένα ένα είναι τοξικά και καρκινογόνο απο επιστημονικές έρευνες που έχουν γίνει αποδεδειγμένα. Καραγενάνη καρκινογόνα, και δεν τα πιάνω ένα ένα άπειρες παρενέργειες. Το ένα από τα δύο βασικά συστατικά, η χλωρεξιδίνη που την παρουσιάζει τόσο ευεργετική το μόνο που έχει αποδεχτεί ότι κάνει είναι να μειώνει το πρήξιμο στα ούλα.
Προσοχή όμως δε γράφει πουθενά ότι έχει και άπειρες παρενέργειες: υποχώρηση της γραμμής των ούλων, λέκιασμα των δοντιών, σχηματισμός πέτρας!!! Και να επισημάνω ότι δεν είναι απλά πιθανές παρενέργειες, σε έρευνες που υπάρχουν στα αγγλικά, ήταν κάτι που έπαθαν όλοι οι χρήστες. Φυσικά και δεν αξίζει να πάθουμε όλα αυτά για να δοκιμάσουμε ένα συνδυασμό συστατικών που η εταιρία έχει κάνει έρευνα μόνο σε 42 άτομα και για 21 μέρες! Προσωπικά δεν έχω βρει ακόμα αυτό που ψάχνω σε οδοντόκρεμα αλλά τουλάχιστον θα επιστρέψω στην προηγούμενη, με αρκετά βιολογικά συστατικά χωρίς παρενέργειες τα περισσότερα (himalaya), παρά αυτήν.
