Έχοντας δοκιμάσει μαγνήσιο κιτρικό στην Αμερική σε μορφή ζελεδακια πολύ γνωστής μάρκας από το γράμμα q είπα ερχόμενος εδώ να πάρω κιτρικό μαγνήσιο έναντι του κανονικού που ήδη έπαιρνα.Θα πω τι μου πρόσφερε το αμερικανικό και φυσικά για να βάζω ένα αστέρι δεν μου πρόσφερε αυτό εδώ, με εκείνο ύστερα από καθημερινό πολύ περπάτημα 2-3 ώρες κοιμόμουν σαν πουλάκι χωρίς να πονάνε οι γάμπες και τα πόδια μου και την άλλη μέρα ήμουν μια χαρά.Αυτο εδώ δεν μου προσέφερε τίποτα ούτε ηρεμία να κοιμάμαι ούτε ξεκούραση δυστυχώς τουναντίον δεν με βοηθά σε κάτι .Δυστυχως είναι πολλές κάψουλες και αναγκαστικά θα τις πάρω και ας είναι κ τεράστιες σαν υποθ__α.

Νομίζω δεν έχω παρενέργειες. δεν παίρνω συχνά αλλά οποτε παίρνω μετά από γυμναστική νομίζω βοηθάει στις αρθρώσεις και στον ύπνο γενικότερα
