      I am a woman and I generally have stomach issues and usually the sweeteners they put in proteins bother me, but this particular one really doesn't bloat me at all nor does it upset my stomach, and it leaves a very good feeling in my stomach. I also use it in pancakes; its taste is fine even on its own. It is definitely the best and lightest-on-the-stomach protein I have tried.
