The Kikuyu grass seed is suitable for coastal saline soils with only one source of water available. It is ideal for private and public spaces, sports fields, and road verges.

This warm-season C4 grass spreads with vibrant colors and has medium leaf coarseness with a light green color. It requires a minimum soil temperature (18 °C) to germinate and enters dormancy at temperatures below 8 to 10 °C.

It is characterized by excellent drought and salinity tolerance. It can be sown alone but can also be part of mixtures with other cool-season species.
