I had a huge problem on the airplane with the change in pressure, resulting in pain in my ears and them being blocked for 5-6 days after the trip. I used these (in child size because my ears are small) in combination with a decongestant nasal spray (like Ronal, Otrivin) before the flight and they didn't get blocked at all throughout the duration of the flight, nor did I experience any pain. I put them in before takeoff and took them out 10 minutes after landing. You don't hear very well while wearing them, but it's worth it. This trick really saved me because until then I avoided airplanes due to intense discomfort. I don't know if the earplugs worked on their own or if it was the use of the nasal spray, but the combination resulted in zero discomfort and no ear blockage as soon as I landed, as if I hadn't been on an airplane
Είχα τεράστιο πρόβλημα στο αεροπλάνο με την αλλαγη της πίεσης με αποτέλεσμα να πονάνε τα αυτιά μου αλλά και να βουλώνουν για 5-6 μέρες μετά το ταξίδι . Χρησιμοποίησα αυτές (σε παιδικό μέγεθος γιατί είναι μικρά τα αυτιά μου) σε συνδυασμό με αποσυμφορητικό μύτης (τύπου ροναλ,οτριβιν)πριν την πτήση και δεν βούλωσαν καθόλου σε όλη τη διάρκεια της πτήσης ,ούτε πόνεσα. Τις έβαλα πριν τη απογείωση και τις έβγαλα 10 λεπτα μετά την προσγείωση . Δεν ακους πολύ καλά όσο τις φορας αλλα αξίζει τον κόπο. Πραγματικά με έσωσε αυτο το κόλπο γιατί έως τότε απέφευγα τα αεροπλάνα λόγω έντονης δυσφορίας . Δεν ξέρω αν δούλεψαν οι ωτοασπίδες από μόνες τους η η χρήση ρινικου σπρέι αλλά ο συνδυασμός είχε σαν αποτέλεσμα μηδενική δυσφορία και καθόλου βούλωμα στα αυτιά μόλις προσγειώθηκα , σαν να μην ανέβηκα σε αεροπλάνο

Generally, I have always had a problem with my ears during flights. Intense pain mainly during landing but also throughout the duration. I have tried decompression, chewing gum, candies, water, silicone earplugs, but I always experienced some degree of pain. With these earplugs, I can say that the situation has improved quite a bit. Γενικα ειχα ανεκαθεν προβλημα με τα αυτια κατα την διαρκεια πτησεων. Εντονος πονος κυριως κατα τη προσγειωση αλλα και σε ολη τη διαρκεια. Εχω δοκιμασει να κανω αποσυμπιεση, τσιχλες, καραμελες, νερα, ωτασπιδες σιλικονης αλλα παντα λιγο πολυ πονουσα. Με αυτες τις ωτασπιδες μπορω να πω βελτιωθηκε αρκετα η κατασταση. Παλι ειχα στη προσγειωση λιγο πονο και ενοχληση ομως εως τωρα ειναι σιγουρα η καλυτερη λυση που εχω δοκιμασει για αυτο το προβλημα που εχω.
