Yaesu SCU-17 Digital TNC USB interface. A digital interface unit, suitable for connecting the transceiver to the computer via USB. It handles all digital modes such as SSTV, RTTY, PSK, FT8, FT4, etc. The Yaesu SCU-17 is the link for using digital modes with Yaesu transceivers.

The SCU-17 functions as a USB sound card and only requires a USB cable for connection to the computer. It isolates all RF signals to prevent possible feedback. Through the audio in and out, PTT, and FSK, the digital signals are transmitted. The SCU-17 is protected by a metal casing to avoid issues with RF interference.

There are two control buttons on the front for input and output levels, making it easy to adjust the modulation level without needing to interfere with the computer's sound card.
