The DTR-060-W was designed for the ultimate control of the water heater with its integration of two different timers, one analog with local control and one smart relay control that can provide remote control, timed operation, and timer functionality.
The device features three control inputs: one analog for adding an NTC thermal sensor, one digital for placing a Dallas DS 18 B 020 temperature sensor, and one contact for local control via the smart timer.
Through the Smart relay and with the help of the analog or digital input (depending on the installer’s choice), it allows the creation of scenarios where the smart relay turns off the water heater when the water temperature reaches the desired level set by the user, thus achieving a reduction in energy costs for using the water heater.
Through the application, there is the possibility to disable the local – analog timer control, allowing the device to be used in Airbnb installations.
