Instructions for use: Heat the bag in the oven at 110 degrees for up to 5 minutes, in the microwave at 300W for about 1 minute, or on a radiator or stove for as long as you deem necessary. Immediately after heating, shake the bag to distribute the heat evenly. Moist spots may appear on the surface during the first heating, which will disappear later.
