Product Details

Size

Extended ATX

Size

The size of the motherboard is expressed with a code name (standard).
2. We make sure that the computer case in which the motherboard will be installed supports the corresponding standard in order to fit it.

Extended ATX

Wider than ATX, for high-end systems and more slots.

Type

Desktop

Type

Desktop

Motherboards designed for use in desktop computers.

Processor

Supported Processors

AMD

Models

Ryzen Threadripper

Supported CPU Generation

Zen 4

Socket

sTR5

Socket

The processor socket type.

The processor we choose should have the same socket in order to fit into the motherboard.

In addition to the socket, the motherboard chipset must also be supported by the processor.

Chipset

Model

AMD TRX50

Model

The motherboard chip that manages connections with motherboard components (e.g. CPU, RAM memory, hard disk, USB ports).

The processor we choose must support the motherboard chipset in order to be 100% compatible with each other and to fully utilize the motherboard connections.

If the motherboard chipset is supported by the processor, then the socket will also be compatible.

Memory

Memory type

DDR4

Memory type

The type of RAM memory that is compatible with the motherboard.

DDR4

The most common type of memory, with timings starting from 2133Hz.

Quantity

4 DIMM Slots

Memory Speeds

4400, 4800, 5200, 5600

Memory Speeds

The supported RAM memory speeds.

The RAM and processor that will be installed in the computer should be able to reach these speeds, while special settings may be required to reach maximum speeds.

Memory Channels

Dual Channel

Memory Channels

Dual Channel

It is possible to install two identical RAM modules that will work in parallel and provide more speed to applications that require a lot of memory (e.g. video editing). 2. For example, if two identical 8GB RAM modules are installed in a dual channel motherboard, they will perform better than installing one 16GB module.

Internal Connectors

PCI Express x16 4.0

1 Slot

PCI Express x16 4.0

The available PCI Express x16 4.0 expansion card slots of the motherboard.

PCI Express x16 5.0

2 Slot

PCI Express x16 5.0

The available PCI Express x16 5.0 expansion card slots of the motherboard.

SATA III 6Gb/s

8 Port

SATA III 6Gb/s

Modern hard drive connection standard.

Most SSD hard drives require this standard to perform at their maximum potential.

M.2 Type

1 PCIe 4.0 Port, 3 PCIe 5.0 Ports

M.2 Type

The number and type of available slots for installing M.2 SSD units.

M.2 Slots

Extra

Bios Flashback

Extra

Bios Flashback

Ability to update the BIOS without requiring a CPU and RAM installed on the motherboard. This advanced feature is intended for experienced users and is useful for supporting newer processors on older motherboards. Please refer to the manufacturer's instructions for the process, as it may vary between manufacturers.

For example, if you want to install a Ryzen 5000 series processor on a chipset that only supports it after a BIOS upgrade, BIOS Flashback can be used without having an older processor on the motherboard.

Memory

Memory Type and RAM Slots

Indicates the type of RAM memory supported by the motherboard (e.g., DDR4, DDR5) and the number of slots (DIMM slots) for the modules, which determines how much memory can be installed in total.
