They are simple drops, very gentle as if you haven't put anything, you feel like you want to constantly use them every hour. In 6 hours, I used 1 vial. So they are not only ineffective but also uneconomical.
The container's shape is not practical and additional drops are lost, around 4, when you open and close the container, no matter how carefully you do it. It has a long nozzle, the drops get trapped there and as soon as you close the cap, they come out. Also, there is residue left inside the vial that doesn't come out no matter how much you press.
There is no way to reduce drop loss in this packaging.
They did not improve the burning sensation of dry eye or the itching sensation of conjunctivitis.
The product may help in very mild cases.
