Optofresh Ecto provides more relief and better than Refresh, Hyalovet, Artelac, Optofresh.
The container of 0.5 ml offers 14 drops.
The container as a shape is not helpful and additional drops, around 4, are lost from opening and closing the container, no matter how carefully you do it. It has a long nozzle, the drops get trapped there and as soon as you close the cap, they come out.
There is no way to reduce the loss of drops in this packaging.
Nevertheless, for a product with ectoine, it is the most value for money.
In conclusion, they are cost-effective, but they improve the feeling of irritation caused by allergic conjunctivitis (you need a regular antiallergic eye drop or corticosteroid for complete healing).
They do not help at all with serious dry eye, as you constantly need to instill drops to relieve the burning sensation, nor with blepharitis.

Be careful to make sure you received the purple packaging because initially they sent me a green one.
