Description

Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir comes from the finest vineyards of Marlborough, New Zealand. The low yields and clay soils contribute to the exceptional quality of this Pinot Noir.

The production process includes the removal of grape stems in stainless steel tanks, followed by a pre-fermentation cold soak. Fermentation begins with natural yeasts at a maximum temperature of 32°C. This is followed by a three-week fermentation, before transferring the must to French oak barrels for 12 months of aging.
