Description

Pinot Grigio is the most up-and-coming grape variety on the planet, with this particular wine from Livio Felluga standing out. Although it hasn't been aged in barrels or amphoras, it can develop for over four years.

Color: Bright straw yellow with pale copper hues.

Nose: Complex yet delicate, with notes of acacia flowers, jasmine, hawthorn, and elderflower. Followed by notes of white and yellow fruits like pears, peaches, apples, and apricots, combined with a pleasant hint of citrus. The sweet sensations of lemon cream and crème brûlée are supported by a spicy freshness.

Mouth: Full, crisp yet rounded, with rich notes of white peaches, lychee, apples, and melon, complemented by sweet notes of tea biscuits. Fresh, spicy, and harmonious, with a very long, lingering finish that offers a fruity and savory aftertaste.
