Applied Nutrition 100% Casein is a protein supplement containing micellar casein, which is slowly digested and provides amino acids over an extended period. It contains the DigeZyme® digestive enzyme blend and the LactoSpore® probiotic.
Protein source: micellar casein
Flavour: chocolate
Net weight: 900 g
Serving size: 30 g
Additional ingredients: 4.3 g of naturally occurring glutamine per serving (glutamic acid), DigeZyme® (digestive enzyme blend) and LactoSpore® (probiotic)
Specifications are collected from official manufacturer websites. Please verify the specifications before proceeding with your final purchase. If you notice any problem you can report it here.
Good taste. You need a mixer or blender to mix it. It lasts better than protein at night, you feel less hungry. I didn't like the packaging. I prefer hard plastic ones. I will buy it again.
First day today, but I can't wait to write a review.
It is very good in every aspect.
Amazing taste (even though we are not usually drawn to the taste of supplements)
Good feeling of fullness.
It is the only one I found with a complete set of digestive enzymes, not only for the breakdown of casein but also for good digestive function.
I am excited.
I found the product I had been looking for for a long time.
I find on the internet:
Applied Nutrition 100% Casein Protein powder contains the branded blend of digestive enzymes DigeZyme®, which consists of five specific enzymes.
The enzymes in the DigeZyme® blend, according to the official product description and manufacturer specifications, include:
Amylase: Helps break down carbohydrates (starch).
Protease: Assists in breaking down proteins into amino acids.
Lactase: Breaks down lactose (milk sugar), making digestion easier for those sensitive to dairy.
Lipase: Contributes to the breakdown of fats.
Cellulase: Helps break down plant fibers (cellulose).
Additional ingredients for digestion:
Apart from the above enzymes, Applied Nutrition has enhanced the formula with the probiotic LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans), which promotes gut health and the maintenance of a healthy microbiome.
The combination of these enzymes and the probiotic aims for optimal absorption of nutrients and the reduction of any digestive discomfort (such as bloating) and other digestive system problems.
I felt such a good effect in practice from the first day and I am excited, that's why I am in a hurry to write these comments.
I will return later with more.
I have bought 5 tubs of 1,800g and have given them as gifts to various people who do not exercise, e.g. an elderly person, another weakened person, and two cancer patients, because I believe the product is suitable even for those who do not work out.
I will return...
The taste is not so strong, I would say it's more neutral, but it has greater solubility compared to the Optimum Gold. I would probably prefer it.
