The FSA SMR bicycle headset is designed around a versatile combination of a headset and cups, allowing for a variety of integrated and semi-integrated cable routing. The SMR system provides a "plug-in" solution for internal cable routing from the handlebar to the frame.
Compatible with electronic and mechanical gear shift systems, as well as hydraulic and mechanical brakes, the SMR system offers flexibility and adaptability. The SMR headset supports complete internal cable routing from the handlebars through the headset to the frame, or semi-integrated routing with cables passing underneath the headset, secured by the SMR cover, allowing routing without removing the headset.
