Harvesting of grapes from privately owned biodynamic vineyards. Spreading of grapes for 6-8 days in the shade. Long fermentation with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature for 6 months in oak barrels. Followed by aging in French oak barrels for over 8 years. Natural cork stopper.
Single-variety wine from Liatiko. The sun-drying of the grapes for 6-8 days, the unique winemaking method, and the wine's aging for 6 years in American and French barrels give it a full flavor with characteristic aromas of raisins and vanilla, followed by caramel and chocolate aromas. Ideal as an aperitif or at the end of a meal. Pairs well with desserts featuring dark chocolate and hazelnut, fruit tarts, ice cream, and nuts. Serve at 8-10°C.
