The estate's private vineyard covers an area of 41 acres and is located at an altitude of 280m at the foothills of Mount Vermio. Its orientation is eastern, protected from the cold northern winds. The climate of the area is considered continental, with a cold winter and a warm summer, ideal for grape cultivation. Harvest usually takes place in the last ten days of September, with a total yield of 1000 kg of grapes per acre. The collection is done manually, and the transport of the grapes to the winery is immediate, as it is located in the center of the vineyard.
The aging of the wine takes place in oak barrels of French and American origin, lasting 12 months. This is followed by bottling and reductive aging in the cellar for an additional 6 to 12 months before it is ready for consumption.
