Varieties: In the region that produced the marvelous wine of Chios in antiquity, the unique local varieties Chiotiko Krasero and Agiannitis are cultivated, from which this red wine is produced.

- Yield per acre: 800 kilograms
Winemaking: Selection of top-quality grapes. Fermentation with the method of cryoextraction.
Aging: Matures for 18 months in a naturally humid and cool cellar to highlight the unique aromas and colors of the varieties, combined with the aromas of French oak barrels.
Food pairing: Recommended to accompany meats with red sauces, as well as pasta dishes with spicy sauces. Also suitable for lobster pasta or gourmet seafood.
Tasting notes: The varieties from which this wine is produced give it a balanced taste, attractive purple color, and aroma of red fruits and vanilla.
