Description

Paliokalias comes from a specific vineyard that is released in the best years. Paliokalias perfectly expresses what is called a terroir wine. In appearance, it has a light ruby color with purple highlights in your glass. It is followed by an expressive nose with aromas of cherry, blackcurrant, blueberry, violet, with sun-dried tomato and olive in the background. Sweet spices perfectly complement the aromatic ensemble. On the palate, the tannins, though noticeable, have a silky texture. The aftertaste is long. It pairs well with grilled beef, lamb, and hard aged cheeses.
