Negoska, a grape with soft characteristics and beautiful color, calms the intensity of Xinomavro, making "Goumenissa" a wine with soft tannins, richness, finesse, and a long, particularly pleasant aftertaste. Goumenissa Aidarinis represents the quintessential expression of the quality characteristics of this small Designation of Origin zone. The one-year maturation of the wine in oak barrels gives it an exquisite bouquet with beautiful fruit, wood, and smoke. It can age for 3 – 5 years.

Classic red vinification, extraction for 15-20 days. Then, the wine ages in French oak barrels for 12 months.
