The Winery “A.S. Parparoussis” was founded in 1974 by the oenologist Thanasis Parparoussis with the aim of producing quality bottled wines. The winery facilities are located on the family estate in Bozaïtika, Patras, where the wine is vinified, matured, aged, and bottled.

Most of the Winery's wines are produced from the privately-owned vineyards in Bozaïtika, Patras, and Lappa, Achaia. There is also cooperation with selected viticulturists. Thanasis Parparoussis’ personal involvement in the cultivation of the vineyards provides the conditions for controlled quality.

A blend of the two main red varieties of the Peloponnese, aged for 9 months in oak barrels.
