Characteristic of the region, Carta Nevada is formed from a blend consisting of equal amounts of the native varieties of the Penedès area: Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada. It is a fresh winemaking with soft acidity that creates a very special bouquet of aromas and flavors.
COLOR: A clear and bright sparkling wine with a yellow color, golden highlights, and medium-sized bubbles.
NOSE: Fresh and appealing on the nose with notes of elegant floral white blossoms (subtle acacia), notes of fresh fruits (green apple), and some discreet citrus notes (lemon).
TASTE: Well-structured on the palate, refreshing with a gently balanced acidity, liveliness, and a very attractive floral finish.
