Alipias red, with grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Agiorgitiko, and Merlot in a varietal composition of the wine where they are vinified separately and the blend matures for at least one year in oak barrels of French origin.

Produced with classic red vinification. The wine has a dark purple color. In the complex and beautifully evolved bouquet, cherries and plums dominate, followed by vanilla and pepper. On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, and fleshy, with softened tannins and good structure. 

A wine with a charming character that is recommended for long-term aging.
