Customer service, although in Bulgaria, replaced the part immediately (the day after my communication with the service and in Greek please). With this particular multi-cooker, I now cook 90% of my weekly meals quickly, economically, and healthily, as the foods do not come into contact with Teflon or plastic parts. You definitely need space on the kitchen counter. Just like with other air fryers, there are parts of the device that over time you will not be able to clean to the point that they look like new (e.g., the fan grill and the interior of the air fryer lid). You have to accept this (just like with conventional ovens). Also, the silicone ring retains odors, but does not transfer them to the food as long as you wash and air it out after each cooking. It is good to order spare silicone rings, and if you plan to make sweets with it, have one ring for your savory dishes and one for the sweet ones. Overall, I am very satisfied with the machine, sturdy construction, low power consumption, and everything is quick (e.g., lentils in 6 minutes, the same for salad potatoes, boiled eggs in 3, even popcorn can be made where if done correctly, the kernels pop fully). Generally, for two people, it is more than enough, but for families, especially the air fryer, it might seem small. However, it is fantastic as a capability to make, for example, giouvetsi and then change lids to crisp it on top.

Indeed, there are positives you could mention about this particular product, however, there are also negatives. Let's start with the fact that there is no manual in Greek, and I wonder if everyone is supposed to know English. This troubled me a lot because I couldn't use it. Also, the air fryer is very small and I wonder how some people manage to make desserts and pies with it. In what kind of dish do they make them? Not even the size of a small Pyrex fits. That is, I will use it to make 5 cheese pies. The air fryer is not useful to me at all and its lid takes up a huge amount of space without being of any service to me
Πράγματι υπάρχουν θετικά που θα μπορούσες να πεις για το συγκεκριμένο. προϊόν, ωστόσο υπάρχουν και αρνητικά. Ξεκινάμε από το δεν υπάρχει ,manual στα ελληνικά. και αναρωτιέμαι αν πρέπει όλοι να γνωρίζουμε αγγλικά. Αυτό με ταλαιπώρησε πολύ γιατί δεν μπορούσα να την χρησιμοποιήσω. Επίσης το air fryer είναι πολύ μικρο κι αναρωτιέμαι πώς κάποιοι το βολεύονται και κάνουν γλυκά και, πίτες. σε τ ι σκεύος το κάνουν.? ούτε το μεγεθος του μικρού πυρέξ δεν χωράει. Δηλ. θα το χρησιμοποιήσω για να κάνω 5 τυροπιτάκια. Δεν μου είναι καθόλου χρήσιμο το air fryer και καταλαμβάνει τεράστιο χώρο το καπάκι του χωρίς να με εξυπηρετεί
Very useful and easy-to-use device. You can program it to start later and it finishes on its own, keeping the food warm. During boiling, it doesn't raise the temperature too much and doesn't lose water. This way, the food becomes tastier. This particular one works very well as an air fryer by changing the lid. It is easier to wash than a classic pressure cooker because you only wash the interior. Especially useful for a country house or a home in a village.
Πολύ χρήσιμη και εύχρηστη συσκευή. Μπορείς να το προγραμματίσεις να ξεκινήσει αργότερα και τελειώνει μόνο του κρατώντας το φαγητό ζεστό. Στο βράσιμο δεν ανεβάζει πολύ τη θερμοκρασία και δεν χάνει νερό. Έτσι το φαγητό γίνεται πιο νόστιμο. Το συγκεκριμένο λειτουργεί πολύ ωραία και σαν air fryer αλλάζοντας το καπάκι. Πλένεται ποιο εύκολα από μία κλασική χύτρα γιατί πλένεις μόνο το εσωτερικό. ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμο για εξοχικό ή σπίτι σε χωριό.
I have had it for half a month and it has proven to be a very useful tool. I have used both the airfryer and the pressure cooker and I was completely satisfied with the result and the overall user experience.
Τον έχω μισό μήνα και μου έχει φανεί πολύ χρήσιμο εργαλείο. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει και το airfryer και τη χύτρα ταχήτητάς και έμεινα απόλυτα ικανοποιημένη από το αποτέλεσμα και από την όλη εμπειρία χρήσης.
This is not the first time I buy an instant pot. I have also bought one for my sons, and this is the second one I am getting for my home. It is an amazing multi-cooker and I really like the fact that you do everything in one pot and you can set it to cook and go to sleep and find your food ready in the morning.
δεν είναι η πρώτη φορά που αγοράζω instant pot. Έχω πάρει και στους γιους μου, και είναι το δεύτερο που παίρνω για το σπίτι μου. Είναι καταπληκτικό πολυμαγειρας και μου αρέσει πολύ το γεγονός ότι τα κάνεις όλα σε ένα σκεύος και μπορείς να το βάλεις να μαγειρέψει και να πας για ύπνο και να βρεις έτοιμο φαγητό το πρωί.
The product arrived with a defective part (the base of the air fryer basket, which however seemed functional) from the factory (the packaging was sealed). Customer service, although in Bulgaria, replaced the part immediately (the day after my communication with the service and in Greek please). With this particular multi-cooker, I now cook 90% of my weekly meals quickly, economically, and healthily, as the foods do not come into contact with Teflon or plastic parts. You definitely need space on the kitchen counter. Just like with other air fryers, there are parts of the device that over time you will not be able to clean to the point that they look like new (e.g., the fan grill and the interior of the air fryer lid). You have to accept this (just like with conventional ovens). Also, the silicone ring retains odors, but does not transfer them to the food as long as you wash and air it out after each cooking. It is good to order spare silicone rings, and if you plan to make sweets with it, have one ring for your savory dishes and one for the sweet ones. Overall, I am very satisfied with the machine, sturdy construction, low power consumption, and everything is quick (e.g., lentils in 6 minutes, the same for salad potatoes, boiled eggs in 3, even popcorn can be made where if done correctly, the kernels pop fully). Generally, for two people, it is more than enough, but for families, especially the air fryer, it might seem small. However, it is fantastic as a capability to make, for example, giouvetsi and then change lids to crisp it on top.
Το προϊόν ήρθε με ένα ελλαττωματικό εξάρτημα (η βάση του καλαθιού του airfryer που ωστόσο φαινόταν λειτουργική) από το εργοστάσιο (η συσκευασία ήταν σφραγισμένη). Η εξυπηρέτηση πελατών παρότι στην Βουλγαρία, αντικατέστησε το κομμάτι άμεσα (την μεθεπόμενη της επικοινωνίας μου με το σέρβις και στα ελληνικά παρακαλώ). Με τον συγκεκριμένο πολυμάγειρα μαγειρεύω πλέον το 90 % των φαγητών τις εβδομάδας μου γρήγορα, οικονομικά και υγιεινά , αφού οι τροφές δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με teflon ή πλαστικά μέρη. Σίγουρα χρειάζεστε χώρο στον πάγκο της κουζίνας. Όπως και με άλλα aifryer υπάρχουν μέρη τις συσκευής που με την πάροδο του χρόνου δεν θα μπορείτε να καθαρίσετε σε βαθμό που να μοιάζει σαν καινούργια (πχ. η γρίλια του ανεμιστήρα και το εσωτερικό στο καπάκι του airfryer). Αυτό πρέπει να το αποδεχτείτε (όπως και με τους συμβατικούς φούρνους). Επίσης το δαχτυλίδι σιλικόνης πιάνει μυρωδιά, χωρίς όμως να την μεταφέρει στο φαγητό εφόσον το πλένετε και το αερίζετε μετά από κάθε μαγείρεμα. Καλό είναι να παραγγείλετε ανταλλακτικά δαχτυλίδια και εφόσον σκοπεύετε να να φτιάχνετέ και γλυκά με αυτόν, να έχετε ένα δαχτυλίδι για τα αλμυρά σας φαγητά, και ένα για τα γλυκά. Γενικά πολύ ευχαριστημένος με το μηχάνημα, στιβαρή κατασκευή, μικρή κατανάλωση ρεύματος και όλα γρήγορα (π.χ. φακές σε 6 λεπτά, το ίδιο και οι πατάτες για σαλάτα, αβγά βραστά σε 3, μέχρι και ποπ κορν μπορείς να φτιάξεις όπου αν το κάνεις σωστά ανοίγουν πλήρως οι πυρήνες) . Γενικά για δύο άτομα είναι υπεραρκετό αλλά για οικογένειες, το airfryer ειδικά, μάλλον θα σας φανεί μικρό. Ωστόσο είναι φανταστική σαν δυνατότητα να φτιάχνεις για παράδειγμα γιουβέτσι και στο τέλος να αλλάξεις καπάκια για να ξεροψηθεί από πάνω.
