I do not know whether the issue is due to Skroutz or the Papoutsas store; however, the product does not match its description.
The listing states that it includes a notebook, but I did not receive one. In addition, the case itself does not seem to have a suitable slot that would indicate it was ever intended for a notebook.
As a result, I consider the product description to be misleading or incorrect. I have ended up with one pen for personal use, which I can return, and a second pen, which I gave as a gift for an occasion and can no longer return.
I am still trying to sort things out with Support, since, if this is a case of an incorrect product description, there does not seem to be any option for replacement or an additional shipment from the store.
